Terms and Conditions – Italian Tech Week 2025
1. Event Access & Ticketing
- Italian Tech Week is a free event, open to registered attendees.
- A premium ticket option is available for those who wish to access additional benefits.

3. Refund and Dispute Policy
- Premium ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued, except in cases where the event is canceled by the organizers (see Section 4).
- Free tickets have no monetary value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred.
- If you believe there has been an issue with your premium ticket purchase, please contact us at info@italiantechweek.com before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We will do our best to resolve any concerns.
4. Ticket Name Change Policy
- Free tickets are strictly personal and non-transferable. Each free ticket is issued to a named individual and cannot be assigned to another person.
- Premium tickets may be transferred to another person under the following conditions:
- Name changes must be requested via email at info@italiantechweek.com no later than 14 days before the event.
- The request must include:
- The original ticket holder’s full name and order number
- The new attendee’s full name, company and email address
3. Once the name change is confirmed, the new attendee will receive an updated ticket via email.
4. No name changes will be processed after the 14-day deadline.
5. Event Cancellation Policy
- If the event is canceled, premium ticket holders will be fully refunded or offered a credit for a future edition.
- If the event date is changed, premium tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend, you may request a refund within 10 days of the announcement.
6. Legal or Export Restrictions
Access to the event is subject to compliance with applicable local and international regulations.
7. Promotions Terms & Conditions
Any promotions or discounts on premium tickets, if offered, will be subject to specific terms and conditions that will be announced at the time of the promotion. These terms will be clearly communicated on our official website and/or through official marketing channels.
